Regional Director-Rural Coaction Initiative  
Job Summary: The regional director will lead the Mountain Region’s Rural Coaction (Homegrown Talent) Initiative to successful completion through district and school team facilitation, professional learning associated with the implementation plan, and progress monitoring the rural coaction implementation plan. In addition, the director will ensure that the priority outcomes of the grant are met with data to support the desired outcomes. 
 
This position will serve three school districts: East Grand School District, West Grand School District and Clear Creek School District. The primary location/home office is located at the East Grand District Office; however, the position requires on site support at all three districts.
